Our vision your future

Vertical Integration

Globalization of the auto glass market was about to hit the Quebec market, and this made it necessary to create a business model that would meet our needs and enable us to grow in an increasingly competitive industry.

Uniban Canada developed a vertical business model enabling us to operate in all our industry sectors, allowing for better control of all aspects and processes. Our business relationship with PH Vitre d’Autos, a leading auto glass distributor in Canada, the acquisition of the Ziebart Canada master franchise, the creation of the online auto glass claim processing centre, the establishment of a call centre, and the acquisition of the Conversense Technology Services Suite—all these are excellent examples of vertical integration.

With our unique business model, Uniban Canada is at the same time a distributor, a retailer, and an installer, in addition to offering technological solutions that enable insurance companies and other companies to increase their effectiveness and their productivity in managing their files so as to considerably reduce their operating and management costs while improving their customer service. By controlling all our activities, we can keep our promises to our customers which gives greater depth to our offering and enables us to more readily adapt to the individual needs of each customer.

The company’s vision for the future is being implemented through concrete action plans that enable us to further pursue growth already firmly established in the Canadian automotive glass, detailing, and protection industry, and that position us as the leader in these areas of the automobile industry. The result of our initiatives is increased national market penetration and better meeting the needs of our clientele.
